Deepinder Malhotra

Deepinder heads the Corporate, Immigration and International tax practice. Deepinder is a dual qualified lawyer (Indian Advocate and English Solicitor) having practiced law in both jurisdictions. He holds a Masters in Tax Law from Queen Mary College, University of London and also cleared ADIT (Advanced diploma in International Taxation) International and European tax papers conducted by Chartered Institute of Taxation, the highest body of taxation in the UK.
He has worked in the past with Cobbetts LLP, a national UK law firm advising on M&A, restructuring/reorganization, private equity and share schemes. Deepinder is regularly invited to speak at conferences in Netherlands and London and at Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), University of London. Deepinder writes regularly on Inward and Outward investments and International Tax. Deepinder is currently in the process of finishing his thesis on “Indian Transfer Pricing Regime” to become an International Tax affiliate of CIOT, UK.
Tilak Raj Malhotra

Tilak heads the direct tax practice. He has nearly 35 years of experience in tax compliance and planning work. He has advised clients ranging from HNWI, owner managed businesses, SME and large corporations. He has special expertise in NRI tax planning and regularly gives advice to clients all over the world. In the past, Tilak has held the post of President and Chairman of the Income Tax and Sales Tax Bar Association.
Ashok Malhotra

Ashok heads the Indirect tax practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in Indirect tax services including VAT, Excise and Service tax. His client base includes traders, owner managed businesses and large companies in construction, manufacturing, automobile and pharmaceutical sector. Ashok in the past has held the post of Vice- President of the Income Tax and Sales Tax Bar Association.
Prakriti Nanda

Prakriti Co-heads the immigration practice at Pinnacle. She started her career as an intern with Fox Mandal Little, the largest law firm in India. She has also worked with couple of top immigration consultants and has extensive experience in both inbound and outbound immigration.
